On August 4, 2026 Jkobe Ramseur, 23, died after he shot himself and murdered his girlfriend Justice Faith Wells, 19, on Interstate 77 in Mooresville, NC. This case is classified as a murder suicide. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The actual shooting was on July 26, 2026. Justice and Jkobe were in a toxic boyfriend girlfriend relationship. Jkobe had even sent text messages of suicide to Justice.
The two were in a car together driving on I-77 when Jkobe got angry and shot Justice in the head during an argument. Jkobe then stopped the car and dumped Justice’s dead body on the busy interstate.
Cars ran over Justice’s body, as she was not seen by large trucks. Justice died on scene. Jkobe drove off. The dead body of Justice stalled traffic on I-77 for hours. Some people were seen using the bathroom on the interstate due to the traffic.
Jkobe later shot himself. Jkobe was rushed to the hospital where he was in critical condition, sedated with anesthesia.
Jkobe was in the hospital ICU (intensive care unit) when he died from the self inflicted gunshot on August 4th.
