Jariah Edwards was 8 months pregnant when she was murdered at her Air BNB rental while on vacation
Jariah Edwards, 17, was shot and killed in a homicide on June 6, 2026 in San Diego , CA. Jariah was just 8 months pregnant. 21-year-old Trevon Williams is accused of murdering Jariah. Trevon was Jariah’s boyfriend.
Jariah Edwards was on vacation with friends. They were staying in an Air BNB rental home. Trevon knew where they were staying at and he is accused of going to the vacation home with flowers to lure Jariah outside.
The pregnant Jariah came outside and Trevon is accused of shooting Jariah dead. The suspect fled the scene. Jariah died on scene. Jariah’s unborn baby survived but is in critical condition at the hospital. Doctors delivered her baby by emergency C-section.
The suspect was later arrested charged with murder.
