Rodney Quinn and Dana Osborne were killed after getting thrown off a Harley Davidson motorcycle
On Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026 Jose Tzompaxtle, 36, was arrested charged with killing Rodney Quinn, 66, and Dana Osborne, 63, in a motorcycle crash on Moores Chapel Road Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Rodney and Dana were on a Harley Davidson motorcycle together. Jose was in a vehicle and is accused of failing to yield the green light right of way. Jose then pulled out in front of the motorcycle and crashed into it. There have been many Harley Davidson motorcycle crash deaths.
The impact threw Rodney and Dana off of the motorcycle onto the road. Rodney and Dana died on scene. Jose was not injured. He was arrested charged with death by vehicle and no license.
