2 students at Livingstone College have ended up dead within months of each other
Christian Leanard-Anderson, 22, is the student that died at Livingstone College in Salisbury, North Carolina. Christian was a student at Livingstone College and he died on campus on October 5, 2026 during the school’s homecoming week. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Christian had a cardiac arrest medical issue that caused him to go unconscious in a dorm.
Other students saw Christian dead and called 911. Medic arrived and pronounced the victim dead on scene.
Christian is from Ohio, his family had to raise money to ship his body back to Ohio for his funeral. It is unknown if Livingstone College had enough funding to pay for Christian’s body to be flown back to Ohio. This is the second Livingstone College student to die this year. Gabriella Muñoz played softball at Livingstone College as a student, she died in July.
