Anna was driving in south Charlotte when she stopped at the scene of a accident. It is not known if Anna was involved in the accident. Cops approached Anna and smelled liquor on her breath and body, officials say.
Anna is accused of having heavy slurred speech and red glossy eyes during the police conversation. Anna said she had a few drinks and then changed her mind saying she had none, according to police.
Anna refused to do field drunk test, breathalyzer tests, and blood draws. Without any proof cops arrested Anna charging her with DWI.
Anna holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 financial licenses. She has an MBA from NYU and a bachelors degree from UNC Chapel Hill in media studies. Anna then worked her way up to become Vice President of a company.
