Video: Afton Dusharm is the manager at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop that was caught calling a black customer a nigger
In October 2026 manager Afton Dusharm at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop on Park Rd. Charlotte, NC was caught on camera calling a black customer a nigger over a order dispute. Afton Dusharm was the general manager at Capriotti’s. Afton has been labeled as extremely racist and abusive to customers and employees.
The incident was on or near October 8, 2026. A customer came in to order a Impossible sandwich with extra cheese. A dispute of some sort occurred during the order and Afton went nuts.
Afton is heard calling the black customer a nigger multiple times and making threats to beat the fuck out of the customer. Afton is also heard saying,
“Fuck that nigger”.
Other customers and employees were in the store when this occurred. Customers recorded the encounter. Multiple customers and employees have filed complaints on Afton for her bad, racist, and disrespectful behavior; but Afton continued to have a job at Capriotti’s even after most of the complaints.
Drug use and alcohol use were reported to of occurred on the job too by employees. Now employees and customers are set to file lawsuits on Capriotti’s for Afton creating a racist hostile work environment.
