WENDY’S DEMOLISHED ON WEST SUGAR CREEK

The Wendy’s restaurant on West Sugar Creek Charlotte, NC was demolished forever in April 2025. The Wendy’s restaurant had a steady stream of cocaine addicts and prostitutes, and drug dealers. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The West Sugar Creek Wendy’s was demolished by construction crews, every wall and corner of the building was knocked down to a bustling rubble.

This adds to a growing number of Wendy’s restaurants in Charlotte, NC that have closed abruptly.

The Wendy’s on Cambridge Commons Dr. Charlotte, NC across the street from Mr. Charles restaurant near I-485 closed in late 2024. In fact the Mr. Charles restaurant had roaches in the kitchen.

Poor sales, bad food, bad customer service, and the hiring of employees that just don’t give a damn led to Wendy’s closing across Charlotte. Even a south Charlotte Wendy’s closed within the last few months too.

The Wendy’s in Mint Hill, NC also closed, that location had terrible food inspection scores. The West Sugar Creek Wendy’s closed in January 2025.

Two men were found dead in a motel on West Sugar Creek from drug fentanyl overdoses near the Wendy’s.
