One person is dead after a triple shooting on Independence Blvd.
On September 27, 2025 a victim was murdered during a triple shooting on East Independence Blvd. Charlotte, NC.
At 4 a.m., shots were fired, 3 people were shot. Uniformed officers in marked patrol cars working in an off duty capacity nearby responded.
Officers discovered three victims with gunshot wounds. Two victims self transported to a local hospital. One victim was transported by ambulance and was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
