Steven Eichler, 34, and Spencer Lewis, 27, were both found dead at the Charlotte Inn motel on 1408 West Sugar Creek Rd. Charlotte, NC. Drug sales and prostitution are rampant on west Sugar Creek. Steven and Spencer both died of fentanyl and cocaine toxicity.
Steven was found dead on November 24, 2021. Spencer was found dead on Christmas Eve December 24, 2021, both were in motel rooms when they were fond dead.
Steven died of combined fentanyl and cocaine toxicity. He was found dead in a motel room at the business. There was intravenous drug paraphernalia and narcotics on scene. The fentanyl caused pulmonary edema for Steven.
Cocaine and fentanyl were found in Steven’s blood stream. In 2022 a woman was found dead at the Economy Inn inside her room.
Spencer died from cocaine and fentanyl too. Cocaine and fentanyl were also found in Spencer’s blood stream. Spencer was found dead at a room inside the motel. A motel employee knocked on the door several times, because it was pass check-out time.
The motel employee then used a key to enter the room, and Spencer was found dead stiff to the touch on the floor and pale. The motel employee ran to the front office and called 911.
Drugs were found in Spencer’s room. Spencer also had many tattoos on his body.
