Video, cop was leaking blood after getting popped in the head. Major headache
On January 21, 2026 San Jose Police Department Sergeant Gerardo Silva was shot in the head by a carjacking suspect in San Jose, California. The suspect is identified as 30-year-old Muhammed Hussein.
Muhammed went on a car theft spree, stealing corvettes from car dealerships. One employee at a car dealership was carjacked on the job in the parking lot.

Cops spotted Muhammed in one of the stolen corvettes and tried to initiate a traffic stop. Muhammed refused to stop, he later crashed and then carjacked another vehicle on the street in traffic.
Muhammed wrecked again and exited the vehicle shooting at Sergeant Silva. Muhammed shot Sergeant Silva in the hand and head, fracturing his skull. Broken glass shards from car windows are seen falling on the cop from the shooting.

Sergeant Silva is seen leaking blood onto his uniform and on the ground. Muhammed is then seen entering Sergeant Silva’s police vehicle, but soon exits it.

An approaching cop car runs over Muhammed as other cops shoot him. Muhammed died on scene. Sergeant Silva underwent surgery for a skull fracture.
