Video: A man was arrested accused of allegedly having HIV and then getting a woman pregnant without informing her of HIV status. The baby was likely born with HIV if HIV is in the mother’s system
26-year-old Jordan Thomas was arrested on February 28, 2026 in Charlotte, NC accused of contracting HIV and then having sex with a woman and getting her pregnant, all without telling the woman he allegedly has HIV. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Jordan allegedly had HIV since November 2018. Afterwards in December 2023 Jordan got into a sexual relationship with Dayasia Hudley.
Jordan had sex with Dayasia and got her pregnant with a baby girl. Dayasia had the baby girl. Hospital records some how pointed to an HIV alert.
Dayasia got tested and then confronted Jordan about it, admonishing him for not telling her about HIV status before having sex with her and getting her pregnant.
The police were contacted and Jordan was arrested charged with assault on female and fail to report HIV treatment. We have done a number of articles relating to HIV.
