Ernest Massey, 22, (Seen here) was arrested on Wednesday for not showing up for a court ordered STD test.
Unrelated to Ernest’s case, the Hardees on Little Rock Rd. recently had an employee test positive for Hepatitis, which caused many customers to get sick, the Mecklenburg County Health Department says.
But moving on to Ernest, a court order demanded that Ernest go to a Charlotte health clinic to get a STD test. But when it was time for the test, Ernest never showed, which was on more than one occasion, so warrants were filed for his arrest.
It is not clear what Ernest has to hide and it is not known why Ernest was ordered to get the STD test. Ernest is charged with Health Law Violation.
Ernest has many female assault charges in isolated cases.
