Demarcus Davis, Khaleil Pittman, and Deondre Sturdivant were all charged in a shooting that occurred at apartments in Charlotte, NC on May 1, 2020.The shooting was in the middle of the afternoon on Woodstone Drive.
Video shows a large disturbance in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Shortly following, several gunshots rang out from multiple people. Deondre sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Officers recovered one stolen firearm and located 45 shell casings at the scene.
As a result of the investigation, the listed people were charged as follows:
- Demarcus Davis: attempted murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and felony conspiracy
- Deondre Sturdivant: two counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property and possession of a stolen firearm
- Khaleil Pittman: two counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
