TEENAGER MURDERED SHOT IN CHEST, ANOTHER TEEN SHOT IN CAR

16-year-old Jeferson Landaverde was murdered on June 21, 2022 in a double shooting on Branchview Drive Charlotte, NC. 

The shooting was around 10 p.m. at an apartment complex parking lot. An 18-year-old and Jeferson were in a car. A suspect pulled up and shot Jeferson in the chest, the shooter also shot the 18-year-old male.

The shooting caused the vehicle to crash into a tree.

Jeferson died at the scene. The 18-year-old was taken to the hospital in emergency care.
