A Chrysler 300 pulled up to the Wing Stop, the suspect left in that car, but someone else fired the shots
Santario Turner, 20, was arrested on October 14, 2025 charged with the murder of Joelle Clesca, 19, that occurred at the Wing Stop restaurant on Beatties Ford Rd. Charlotte, NC.

Joelle was shot and killed on October 12, 2025. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Santario was in a Chrysler 300 vehicle with other unidentified people. Santario gets out and orders food at a restaurant next to Wing Stop.
Joelle pulls up and enters the Wing Stop restaurant to order some lemon pepper chicken wings. The suspects in the Chrysler 300 saw Joelle and immediately texted Santario to come back to the car.
Santario leaves without his food and enters the Chrysler 300. Then a masked man exits the Chrysler 300 and runs into the Wing Stop and shoots Joelle in the chest. Joelle was shot dead right in the Wing Stop. Blood got on customers’ food, the tables, and the money in the cash register.
The masked suspect then runs away back into the Chrysler 300 and speeds off. The rapper Rick Ross owns a portion of Wing Stop locations.
Santario was arrested on the 14th charged with murder, cops confirmed that Santario did not pull the trigger. However, there is no proof that Santario knew about the murder or planned it.
