Kayla Grant Dixon may of had a little too much to drink, she regurgitated on traffic stop
Kayla Grant-Dixon, 26, was arrested on April 16, 2025 accused of DWI in Charlotte, NC on I-85 North. Kayla is the owner of Celeste Beauty Academy Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Her company helps people launch beauty careers and businesses. Kayla even has a small clothing line of all black attire.
On April 16th at 12 midnight Kayla was driving a vehicle allegedly at a high rate of speed of 90 mph according to state troopers. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
She was pulled over by a state trooper and had a strong odor of alcohol on her mouth, prosecutors say. Kayla was slow to get her driver’s license and had slurred speech.
Kayla was unbalanced on her feet and Kayla admitted to drinking at a restaurant. Kayla performed poorly on the walk and turn test along with the one leg up test, according to police.
To make matters worse Kayla kept throwing up on the roadside during the traffic stop, right in front of the state trooper. The vomit smell was terrible. The animals, maggots, and vultures likely helped with the cleanup and feasted buffet style on the alcohol infested regurgitation.
Kayla blew a breathalyzer test of a 0.14 blood alcohol content, according to cops. Kayla was arrested charged with DWI.
Kayla has a bachelor’s degree from FAMU. At one point in her life Kayla stated she dedicated herself to prayer, isolation, fasting, and intense self discipline.
