Throughout the inspection the inspector observed a lack of active managerial control. There were open employee beverage containers stored on food prep tables.
An employee was even scratching their back, and began to touch containers of food without washing hands.
Also there was an employee that loaded dirty dishes into the dish machine and then began to put clean dishes away without a proper hand wash.
The inspector saw an employee making grilled cheese setups, touching bread with bare hands. Gloves were required to be worn.
Cheeses used for charcuterie boards were left in a display case that was not under temperature control. Empanadas, cut romaine, cooked egg plant sauce, and a triple cream soft cheese were without date marks.
