2 drug overdose victims were found bent over the steering wheel while in a vehicle on Wendover Road Charlotte, NC. The occurrence was on May 20, 2023.
A white male was driving the vehicle and a black female was on the passenger’s side. At 2:52 p.m. the two were caught in a vehicle asleep, overdosed on drugs.
The vehicle was holding up traffic, as the man was sleep and passed out behind the wheel. A neighboring vehicle video recorded the incident.
The other vehicles eventually went around the stand still car. Police and medics were called to the scene, but the drug overdose victims eventually woke up and drove off.
