2 men have now been arrested accused in a double homicide. One of the suspects is the son of the Huntersville Town Commissioner
Joseph Sings, 21, is the latest suspect charged in a double murder that occurred in Charlotte, NC. Joseph was arrested on September 16, 2026. Cameron Brice, 17, and Jacori Mitchell, 22, were killed in the double murder on September 13, 2026. Ervin Quarles, 21, was arrested on September 13, 2026 charged with murder. Ervin is the son of Huntersville Commissioner Edwin Quarles.
The double murder was on Kittansett Dr. Charlotte, NC at apartments and near a Cookout restaurant on North Tryon Street. Jacori was arrested earlier in 2026 accused of punching a pregnant woman, he has been arrested 9 times. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Jacori was a young father and was known to carry cash and extended clip guns. Cameron liked eating pizza. Ervin was arrested on September 13, 2026 charged with murder.
Joseph was arrested on September 16th charged with murder.
