26-year-old Tiasia Sifford died in the parking lot of the Cookout restaurant on West Sugar Creek Charlotte, NC. Tiasia died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

In June 2024 Tiasia was found dead in a motor vehicle in the Cookout parking lot. She was unresponsive and the driver of the vehicle did not stay on scene.
EMS responded to the scene and attempted to revive Tiasia, but she died. Postmortem toxicological analysis reveals that Tiasia had deadly amounts of fentanyl and cocaine in her system.

The deadly drugs caused Tiasia to have pulmonary and cerebral edema. Methamphetamine was also present in Tiasia’s blood stream. There have been a slew of Cookout restaurant deaths.

Fentanyl is a powerful respiratory suppressant and causes cessation of breathing. Cocaine is a cardiotoxic stimulant. Stimulants can cause cardiac arrhythmias, which are a kind of heart attack. Fentanyl is responsible for the deaths of many people.
