2 men were arrested accused of having $1,200 cash, guns, and drugs
On November 13, 2025 Andrae Burnette, 27, and Rayvon Ponder, 27, were arrested accused of possessing drugs on West Sugar Creek Charlotte, NC. The area is high crime known for drugs and murders.
Cops conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for allegedly not having a tag light, which is just an excuse for cops to pull someone over. It is likely the cops already had intelligence briefings on the suspects. Andrae and Rayvon were in the car.
Upon approach of the vehicle, both the driver and the passenger had guns allegedly with no permit to carry a concealed firearm.
Officers conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle, locating 386 grams of marijuana, $1200 cash, and 2 guns.
Andrae and Rayvon were arrested charged with drug offenses.
