Watch as a cop gets hit in the face with a milk shake during an ICE protest
Emily Cervantes Ramos, 18, was arrested on November 21, 2025 after she smashed a cop in the face with a milkshake drink in Kannapolis, NC.
Around 100 students from A.L. Brown High School were in a walk out protest agasint ICE and Border Patrol raids in North Carolina. Border Patrol and ICE began conducting mass raids and deportation arrests in North Carolina on November 15, 2025.
Around noon students gathered in the downtown area. A cop is seen standing in the protest supervising. Emily is seen approaching the cop from behind and throwing a milkshake at his face.
Emily ran and is chased by the cop. Emily was arrested on scene charged with assault on a government official and resisting police officers.
