Becky is in a wheel chair and was charged with prostitution. The sex occurred at the Nice New Spa located at 4801 North Tryon St. Charlotte, NC according to warrants. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
Michael and Becky are married to each other. A male victim admitted that between February 2024 and September 2024 he visited the spa and met with Becky.
Court documents say Becky and the victim exchanged sex for money twelve separate times at three separate locations, including Nice New Spa. Becky is accused of secretly video recording the sexual encounters without the man knowing.
Becky also gave the man massages without being licensed in the State on NC, warrants say.
In September 2024 Michael is accused of texting the male victim and advising that he had explicit videos of the male victim and Becky having sex. Michael allegedly sent pictures and video to the man having sex with Becky.

The male victim then confronted Becky about the videos and images. Becky said she secretly recorded the victim having sex with her because her husband enjoyed viewing images of her engaged in sex with other men, prosecutors say.
The man then told police. Michael is the owner of Tiptoe Nail Boutique on Independence Blvd. police raided the Tiptoe Nail Boutique and arrested Michael there.
Michael is charged with extortion and secret peeping. Becky was also arrested charged with secret peeping, prostitution, and health law violation.
