A Walmart worker in Charlotte is charged with assault while kicking her sister out the house
Jessica Cody, 32, works at a Charlotte area Walmart. She was arrested on December 4, 2025 accused of assaulting her sister during a personal eviction style kick out in Charlotte, NC. Walmart has a lot of violence and shootings in its stores.

On December 4th Jessica got into a fight with her sister Anna over an eviction. Jessica had got home from work and saw her sister was still in the apartment after being told to leave. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Jessica is accused of throwing out Anna’s belongings and baby items. Anna got mad and attacked Jessica. Anna video recorded the fight. Jessica pushed Anna in the back and punched her in the face. Anna punched Jessica in the nose. Both women had signs of injury. Evictions usually get pretty violent.

Cops were called to the scene. Anna showed officers video of the incident and Jessica was deemed by cops to be the primary aggressor. Jessica was arrested charged with assault.

Anna had a knot on her forehead and bruises and scratches on her face. In order for an eviction to be legal, it must be processed via the courts, you cant just tell a person to leave your house after they have lived there for 3 or more days, hence becoming a resident.
