Video: Kohlbei Manuel died less than month after his birthday, he met his fiancee over tacos
Kohlbei Manuel, 20, was killed on November 19, 2025 in a car accident on I-485 in Charlotte, NC. Video of crash is below.
In the afternoon Kohlbei was driving a vehicle when a multi car collision occurred. Kohlbei was killed on impact.
The crash closed portions of the highway for hours. Multiple agencies responded to the crash on the outer loop near mile marker 21. Kohlbei died a few days after his October 2025 birthday.
Kohlbei had a young female fiancee, they met eating tacos at a diner. Kohlbei was tall and played basketball. He was a 2024 graduate of East Rowan High School.
