A victim was murdered 2 days before Christmas after he was beat with a metal pipe
24-year-old Saul Perez was arrested on December 23, 2025 accused of murdering Marvin Alonzo on Kirk Farm Lane Charlotte, NC just 2 days before Christmas at an apartment complex.
Marvin was murdered on December 23, 2025 at apartments. Saul is accused of beating Marvin and another man with a metal pipe close to 7 a.m.
Marvin died on scene, the second victim was injured but lived. Saul was later arrested charged with murder and attempted first degree murder.
Saul made a court appearance on Wednesday morning and was denied bond. There have been a lot of homicides during this year’s Christmas season.
