On December 6, 2025 brothers Joshua Easter, 31, and Jaquan Easter, 28, were arrested accused of fighting each other in a family showdown. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Joshua and Jaquan are brothers, they went to a party club for a few hours on December 6th. The brothers ordered an Uber ride and headed home. But on the way home, the brothers got into a fight inside the Uber.
The Uber driver then canceled the ride and kicked the brothers out, forcing them to walk home. Once the brothers got back to the apartment, they began to physically fight.
Jaquan hit Joshua in the face multiple times causing blood, bruising, and scratches. Their little sister Amiya heard the fight and came outside to see what was going on.
She saw Joshua and Jaquan fighting. Joshua placed Jaquan in a choke hold. The mom had to come outside and break up the fight. Joshua then broke a glass door and window with a chair.
Joshua picked up a knife, but didnt use it. The family called 911, when cops arrived, they saw broken glass and blood. Joshua and Jaquan were arrested accused of assault.
