A Door Dash driver was killed in a shooting while making food deliveries
17-year-old ZyDerec Massey was murdered in a shooting, he was a Door Dash driver. Zykemian Williams, 21, is accused of murdering Zyderec. The homicide was on June 27, 2025 in downtown Rock Hill, SC.
Massey was making Door Dash deliveries when he was shot in the neck. A bullet flew into his car, and he wrecked. Massey died on scene.
It appears Zykemian and others were involved in a fight when shots were fired. Massey was an unintended target, shot by a stray bullet.
A day later Zykemian was arrested charged with murder. It is still not known if Zykemian actually fired the shots.
Door Dash drivers were seen on video attacking a restaurant employee over an order.
