VIDEO: TOW TRUCK DRIVER MURDERED ON HIGHWAY IN SHOOTING

29-year-old Delonte Hicks was murdered in a violent road rage shooting on March 19, 2022 in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Delonte was a tow truck driver on duty at the time of the homicide.

Delonte was on Route 50 driving when a vehicle cut him off in traffic. Delonte is seen sticking his arm out of the window to complain and or get the driver’s attention.

The other vehicle slows down, and Delonte exchanges words with the male suspect driver.

The suspect driver then fires 4 shots at Delonte. The victim pushes the brakes and pulls over, saying, “he shot me.”

The suspect vehicle continues down the highway and no arrests were ever made. The suspect is described as a black male.   

Delonte died on the scene. It is not known if Delonte was able to call 911 or if a passerby called 911.
