Terrance was walking on the sidewalk with his kids when a vehicle pulled up. Several men exited the vehicle and began firing shots at Terrance.
Terrance was hit multiple times. The victim’s kids began to scream and run. The suspects then got back in the vehicle and drove off.
Terrance died on the scene.
