Video: A latino man quickly ran when he saw the ICE SUVs, Border Patrol had to leave because they did not have a warrant
On November 18, 2025 a man ran from Border Patrol at a Charlotte, NC apartment complex and escaped into his apartment unit, locking the door. Border Patrol did not have a warrant and could not bust down the door. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
The latino man was taking out the trash in the afternoon. 2 Border Patrol SUVs pull up. The man pauses and looks around, he spots the SUVs and throws his bags down, turns around and begins to run back inside.
Several agents jump out the vehicles and began to chase the man. But the man had already made it inside his apartment and locked the door. More immigration news here.
ICE agents try to gain entry, but could not get in. The agents then leave without an arresting the man. The agents were not allowed to bust down the door because they did not have a warrant.
