Border Patrol agents were racially profiling latino people and decided to attempt to detain a latino man at the strip mall parking lot, merely assuming he was in the US illegally.
The suspect saw the agents and began running away. Border Patrol agents chased after the suspect, but he was too fast for the fat out of shape agents.
The suspect is seen running out of the parking lot and onto the sidewalk up the street. Border Patrol could not catch the man and they terminated the chase very quickly.
Several Border Patrol agents were seen walking back to the parking lot empty handed in disappointment.
