A high speed chase with Border Patrol occurred in Charlotte, NC on November 16, 2025 on University City Blvd. Illegal immigrants in a mobile repair business van ran from Border Patrol near a McDonald’s and drove on the wrong side of road. Border Patrol agents illegally pointed guns at innocent woman and her boyfriend.
Border Patrol agents pursued a latino work van of a mobile mechanic business in a high speed chase. Around 2 in the afternoon ICE and Border Patrol approached illegal immigrants in the van. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The driver then quickly took off and sped down the road.

Border Patrol agents chased the van. The van is seen driving through red lights on the grass of the roadway, and on the opposite side of traffic to get away.
An American citizen woman is heard telling the van to go left, in efforts to help them get away. The woman’s boyfriend is heard saying “They chasing the migos”

The van gets away temporarily, but eventually crashes, a Border Patrol vehicle crashes also. The woman is seen pulling up to the crash site and telling Border Patrol agents, “This is an illegal traffic stop” Click here for all the latest extensive coverage of Border Patrol in Charlotte.
Border Patrol tells the woman to get the fuck out of here, she stands her ground and says no. Border Patrol agents then unlawfully points guns and tear gas canisters at the woman and her boyfriend. The boyfriend is heard saying, “We aint going no where.”
The occupants in the van were arrested. Calls made to the mobile repair business went straight to voicemail.
