A Door Dash delivery driver tried flirting and dating a 12-year-old customer on February 24, 2026 in Winston Salem, NC. The Door Dash worker is identified as Giavontae Deangelis Archie. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The Door Dash driver was making a food order at apartments. The driver got to a residence and gave the food to the 12-year-old old boy when he answered the door.
The driver identified himself as being with Door Dash. The boy took the food and said thank you. The Door Dash driver then said,
“You are beautiful are you taken?”
The boy astonishingly said what?! The Door Dash driver repeated the beautiful question. The boy then slammed the door in the Door Dash driver’s face. Door Dash drivers have repeatedly made the news.
The Door Dash driver then left. The boy showed his mother the door bell footage, and the mom contacted police. It was discovered that Giavontae is a registered sex offender with recent charges as early has September 2025.
Giavontae has not been arrested in the most recent encounter with the 12-year-old boy.
