Video: A crazed aunty killed her nephew and niece, and then stuffed their bodies in a car trunk
In the year 2025 Nicole Johnson, 37, was sentenced to 50 years in prison after video surfaced from police of Nicole stuffing the dead bodies of her niece and nephew in a car trunk. The dead victims are Joshlyn Marie James Johnson, 7, and Larry Darnell O’Neal, 5. The kids were found dead in Baltimore, Maryland. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Nicole was taking care of the kids, she even tried to run once the dead bodies were seen.
The kids were found dead in the car trunk on July 28, 2021 during a traffic stop. Nicole was driving a car with another woman in the passenger seat. Family secrets often times end in murder, death, and buried bodies.
Nicole was pulled over for expired tags and registration. The officer on scene told Nicole the car could not be driven since it had an expired registration. A tow truck was called in to tow the car away. Nicole began getting things out of her trunk when the officer smelled the odor of a dead body. Several cases have sprung up over the years involving women killing their children.
After digging through piles of bags and dirty sheets, the officer began to see maggots in a suitcase. The cop tells Nicole to open the suitcase, which she did not have to do because this was an illegal search by the officers. An expired tag does not constitute a search of personal property.
But Nicole opened the luggage and the cop saw 2 dead bodies of kids in the suitcase, Nicole and Larry. The officer yells, “What the fuck”
Nicole begins to run away, both officers on scene chase Nicole and throw her to the ground. The officers tell her not to move. One officer says “What is wrong with you”
Nicole was arrested charged with 2 counts of murder. The passenger in the car was detained and put in cuffs on scene, but was not arrested.
During interrogation, Nicole said that Joshlyn had been dead in the trunk for a year. Nicole says she hit Joshlyn and the girl never got up. Nicole says Larry fell and died. Larry had died 2 months before the traffic stop.
Nicole was the aunty of the kids, she had been caring for them because the kid’s mother was not available.
In February 2025 Nicole pled guilty to 2 counts of child abuse 1st degree death. In a plea deal, she was given 50 years in prison.
