The suspect reportedly lives in a trailer park in west Charlotte, but she drives a Jaguar, had 0.14 alcohol level
Lauren Bantum, 31, was arrested on Labor Day September 1, 2025 in Charlotte, NC accused of DWI. It is listed in arrest documents that Lauren lives at a trailer park community in west Charlotte.
Lauren was driving a Jaguar SUV on I-85 near Freedom Dr. when a state trooper saw her drift out of her lane, and almost collide with a car. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The other vehicle flashed their lights to get the attention of Lauren. And then another side collision almost occurred with an 18-wheeler truck and Lauren’s vehicle.
The trooper had enough and pulled Lauren over, she had red glossy eyes and alcohol on her breath. She scored a 0.14 on a alcohol breathalyzer blow.
Lauren was arrested charged with DWI, expired registration, and reckless driving.
