On December 8, 2024 a man died during an altercation with security guards at the city bus transit center in Charlotte, NC on East Trade Street. The guards were employees at Strategic Security, contracted by the city of Charlotte.
The male victim was dressed in a suit and tie. The victim was disoriented and confused, reportedly being disorderly. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The man tried entering a business, but the guards blocked him from going inside. Some guards were seen standing on the man while he was on the ground. Another female guard was seen kicking the victim while he was on the ground.

Another guard for Strategic Security is heard saying to the man, “Stay down nigger.”
Cops were called to the scene along with paramedics and the male victim was found dead. No arrests have been made yet. Even more bus news can be found here.
