At 6:00 a.m., a victim was shot in the parking lot of the apartments. Cops discovered the victim with an apparent gunshot wound after 911 calls were made.
Medics pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation and collect physical evidence.
