In April 2026 Henry Valiente, 45, pled guilty to two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child in Charlotte, NC.
In 2022 Henry had sexual relations with a young girl under the age of 16. The girl told family members who then told police.
Henry was arrested charged with indecent liberties with minor. In 2026 Henry pled guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 13-25 months in prison. He must also complete 24 months of supervised probation. He must also register as a sex offender for 30 years.
