The undercover drug deal was in March 2023 in the parking lot of the LongHorne Steak House. Undercover agents with the Department of Homeland Security set up a controlled by drug deal.

Manuel is accused of arriving at the restaurant and selling multiple grams of fentanyl to an undercover special agent.

Manuel was then arrested charged with trafficking drugs. The LongHorne Steak House is the most profitable steak restaurant in the United States with billions of dollars in revenue every year.
