Tydarereous Graham, 25, was arrested on July 13, 2026 accused of having sex with a 15 year old girl in Charlotte, NC at an abandoned apartment on Winter Oaks Ln.
Tydarereous is accused of being in a sexual relationship with the 15 year old girl inside an abandoned apartment. Tydarereous is homeless and met the teen girl via unknown means.
Tydarereous and the girl lived in an abandoned apartment for weeks. They allegedly had sex at least 6 times. On July 13th Tydarereous and the teen girl got into an argument. Tydarereous is accused of hitting the girl in the face multiple times and strangling her during the argument.
Tydarereous then took the girl to the apartment swimming pool like nothing happened. The girl slipped a note to apartment staff saying she was in need of 911 help.
The staff members called 911. Cops showed up and the teen girl said she was assaulted and hit in the head. The girl also told police she had sex with the suspect in the abandoned apartment 6 times.
Tydarereous was arrested charged with assault on female, indecent liberties with minor, strangulation, and statutory rape.
