Video displays the moments a bus driver was stabbed in the neck by a passenger
On July 1, 2025 Aaron Wiggins, 44, stabbed a city bus driver in the neck during a argument in Toledo, Ohio. The TARTA bus driver was making false accusations on the man and even called him a racial slur, which led to the attack.
The man is seen on a bus bench trying to get on the TARTA bus. The driver closed the door on the man based on his homeless appearance. The suspect had on baggy clothes and his pants were low, but his private areas were covered by under garments.
The suspect fumbled through his bags attempting to find money to ride the bus. The driver got irritated and told the man he had to get off because he had his private part out. The bus driver then called the suspect the N word.

Wiggins reaches in his bag and grabs a knife, he then stabs the loud mouth bus driver in the neck area and runs. The bus driver then gets off the bus and chases the suspect.
Wiggins was arrested on an assault charge he pleaded not guilty and was released on an own recognizance bond. More bus articles can be found here.
