A baby was killed from fentanyl, now her own mom is in jail charged with murdering the baby
Cheyenne Kaba died on July 7, 2025 on Orchard Trace Lane Charlotte, NC she was just 9 months old. Her mother Hallie Ingram, 35, is charged with killing her via a fentanyl overdose. Drugs in babies system is common in America.

Hallie had fentanyl in her system while she was breast feeding her baby Cheyenne. The fentanyl slowly seeped into Cheyenne’s system as she sucked drug polluted milk from her mom’s breasts. Several moms have been charged in their kids’ death.
Within minutes Cheyenne died. Paramedics were called to the scene by the baby’s parents. Medics tried to revive the girl, but she was dead.
After an autopsy was performed, it was determined that baby Cheyenne died from a fentanyl overdose and she could not breathe. So 2 months later on September 2, 2025 the baby’s mother Hallie was arrested charged with murder and child neglect.
