The original arrest occurred at Tavern 51 in Charlotte on Pineville Matthews Rd. Managers at the business said that Krystah was on the property after she was told not to enter and was banned.

The suspect allegedly remained on the property, so cops were called. Krystah was arrested and charged with trespassing.

Apparently officers did not search Krystah correctly at the time of arrest, because drugs were allegedly found on her at the jail arrest processing center.

A white substance was found on the suspect at the jail, according to court records.

Krystah was then re-arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and possess drugs at jail.

Times have apparently got hard for Krystah. She formerly attended Winston Salem State University, but now she is listed as homeless, according to the court.
