Derrick Cole, 46, is HIV positive, he is accused of raping children and infecting them with HIV. Derrick was arrested in October 2025 in Memphis, Tennessee. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The suspect was infected with HIV at some point and time in his life. The suspect is then accused of raping multiple kids in Tennessee.
The kids reported the alleged sexual abuse and they had rape sexual assault kits performed on them. The kids also began experiencing severe bodily symptoms consisted with HIV.
Sadly the kids were tested for HIV, and the tests results all came back positive. Warrants were issued for Derrick’s arrest. See other sexually transmitted disease related articles.
U.S. Marshals had to track Derrick down and arrest him. The suspect was taken into custody charged with statutory rape by an authority figure, sexual battery by an authority figure, continuous sexual abuse of a child, incest, and criminal exposure to HIV.
