Miranda Aiken, 22, was arrested on July 6, 2026 after she got out of handcuffs on Freedom Dr. Charlotte, NC.
Miranda was at a business on Freedom Drive and was accused of stealing merchandise. Cops were dispatched to the location. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Police searched Miranda and found cocaine on her. Miranda was arrested and placed in a police cruiser. When Miranda was in the back of the cop car she slipped out of her handcuffs and then tried to open the police cruiser door.
Officers ran to the back door to get the handcuffs back on the suspect, but Miranda ran down Freedom Drive.
Miranda was later located and arrested charged with possession of cocaine and resist, delay, and obstruct.
