A anesthesiologist doctor was found dead inside a Dollar Tree freezer covered in $1 bills
32-year-old Massiell Sanchez was found dead on December 14, 2025 inside a Dollar Tree store in Miami, Florida. Massiell was a doctor from Nicaragua visiting the USA. She was an anesthesiologist specializing in congenital heart disease. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Dr. Sanchez was a mother of 2 infant children. The kids were still in Nicaraguaa. Dr. Sanchez was on vacation in Miami. On December 13, 2025 Dr. Sanchez stumbled into the Dollar Tree store in Miami and went into the back area and got in the freezer. The area was restricted to employees only.

Dr. Sanchez stayed in the freezer overnight in the closed Dollar Tree. At 8 a.m. the next day employees found Dr. Sanchez dead in the freezer with $1 bills.
Police were called, it appears Dr. Sanchez froze to death. The sexy cuban population is vast in Miami.
