60-year-old Denise Prudhomme was found dead in a Wells Fargo office in Tempe, Arizona. Her dead body laid in the office for 4 days until someone noticed she was dead. She died on August 16, 2024 she was found at her cubicle on August 20, 2024.

Denise worked at the bank. On August 16th she came to work at 7 a.m. Denise went to her open office cubicle.
At some point in the day, Denise died. None of the other employees or security noticed that Denise was dead.

Employees did begin to smell a foul odor in the office, but they attributed it to a bad plumbing problem.
It took employees 4 days to see Denise’s dead body at her cubicle. An employee was walking by her cubicle on August 20th and saw Denise dead. 911 was called.

Wells Fargo said that Denise’s cubicle was away from the main aisle and a majority of workers at the office work remotely.

The building has security 24/7, but Denise still went unnoticed dead for days. Police say the victim’s death does not involve foul play. A cause of death has not been determined.
Wells Fargo released a statement:
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our colleague at our Tempe office. Our thoughts and prayers are with their family and loved ones during this difficult time. Counselors, through our Employee Assistance Consulting service, are available to support our employees. We are fully cooperating with the Tempe Police Department in their investigation and will direct all further questions to them.”
