David is a father and leaves behind young kids. David died while in the back of a cramped up hot police car while in handcuffs.
David was driving on Eastway Drive around 3:30 a.m. on September 26th when he was pulled over by police for allegedly not having a license plate.
The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is known to violate people’s constitutional rights. Many cops that work for CMPD are very poor minded when it comes to the United States Constitution and the rights of everyday citizens. The U.S. constitution is a joke to them.
The 4th Amendment protects from illegal search and seizure. It is very unlikely that police had a valid reason to search the man’s car.
David was handcuffed and put in a police car, he began to shake and convulse. David was in medical distress for some time before police even paid enough attention to know he was in a medical episode.
Cops finally saw the victim in need and medics were called to the scene. Paramedics took David to the hospital. David died within minutes. Now the case is being investigated by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).
