2 people died in a massive wreck on I-485 on September 14, 2024.
Several vehicles were traveling at high speeds on I-485 when a collision occurred. A jeep vehicle was flipped upside down. Watch video of a bus crash at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
A victim was seen hanging out of the overturned vehicle. 2 people died on scene. Multiple other people were hurt in the crash and taken to the hospital.
